A dedicated yogi, tantra facilitator, and fitness enthusiast, I passionately teach private and group yoga and meditation, as well as energy healing and wellness coaching. Embracing all levels from beginner to teacher trainees and all ages and mobilities, I meet you where you are, support you to go deeper, and help you realize greater wellbeing, from the inside out.
Whether training for a race or recovering from injury, building strength or developing flexibility, cultivating balance and health on or off the mat, or just starting out—wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you there.
A lifelong journey of yoga
I studied meditation as a teenager, pursued Eastern Philosophy academically, trained with celebrity fitness icons in NYC, and received my Vinyasa Teacher Certification as well as Restorative Yoga Certification from Wake Up Yoga of Cindy Lee’s lineage. After completing Yoga Chitta Teacher Certification, I also instruct and mentor teacher trainees. Complementing physical asana, I’m schooled in Tibetan Buddhist, Transcendental, Vipassana, and Mindfulness Meditation modalities, embracing both form and formless approaches, as well as various breathwork pranayama techniques. Deepening my studies of Taoist and Tantric energy healing, I’m also certified in Tao Tantra Arts. With a passion grounded in decades of fitness, nutrition, and yoga practice and study, my creative teaching style roots in the body, focuses on breath and presence, channels deep energy sources, and integrates athletic training for a strength-building, grounding, and releasing practice.

I’m Elana.
I believe yoga is a path to wellbeing for every body. An ancient science developed to connect with our higher self, yoga is union with our true, infinite nature.
My approach to teaching is holistic—integrating athleticism, mindfulness, energy, and breath for an equally grounded and expansive practice. I offer a different caliber of teaching with a unique blend of physical and energetic modalities to clear blockages and develop strength, flexibility, and balance that realize a higher state of being.
